CANCELLATION POLICY

At Bonita Brazilian Waxing Salon, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations must be made during working hours:

All cancellations must be processed during the salon's working hours. If you attempt to cancel outside of these hours, it will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the 50% fee.

If you cancel a service on the day:

If you have booked a group of services and decide not to proceed with one or more of the services on the day of your appointment, you will also be charged a 50% fee for each service cancelled on the day.

Late arrivals:

We allow a grace period of up to 5 minutes for late arrivals. Beyond this time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to avoid delays for other clients.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday and public holidays: Closed

Invoice and payment:

If a cancellation fee is incurred, an invoice will be sent, and payment must be made immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Payment can be made to one of the following accounts:

Non-payment consequences:

Failure to pay the cancellation fee is considered an offence and may result in legal action.
